How do you talk with random guys?

yeh I have been there so many times but I find this method most effective.
step 1, get him to notice you just look in his direction until you see him look at you then flash him a sexy smile
step 2, walk over by him, arcade game, water fountain, anything within ten feet of him and walk with confidence
step 3, if he looks at you again go up and ask him where he's from just small talk
step 4, if all goes as planned you and him will be flirting in no time and he will ask for your number or visa versa
