And he flirted with me. He tried to make me laugh with a few different things, and he asked for my number with a cheesy reason. He said "Hey, what’s your number? In case we get lost." And he smiled whenever he looked at me, and leaned towards me a lot. He also gave me a piece of gum and touched my fingers while giving me it. And I texted him that night and he answered in under a minute and I texted him the next morning to ask if he was going to the festival or if he was there yet. And he told me I was a loser for wanting to hang out with him. So I added him on myspace and we didn’t talk a lot for a few days before he commented me on myspace. Then he asked for my screen name, and I gave him it, and the next time I signed on he imed me the second I got on. And next time we were both on he imed me and we talked for like 40+ minutes about random stuff. And he hasn’t since. I imed him first a few days ago and our conversation lasted like five minutes and it seemed like he didn’t want to talk to me. And I told him this guy I didn’t know called me a ***** cause I wouldn’t cam with him and he was like “haha that's awesome” (My best friends says I could be misinterpreting it. He could mean it’s awesome how I turned him down or whatever) And he hasn’t answered any of my texts in like over a week.
It sounds like he does. If he constantly tries to make you laugh and went through all that work to get your number it sounds like it to me. He probably has stopped talking with you because he may not be so sure that you like him, or he's really nervous about telling you how much he likes you. I can almost guarantee though he likes you if he's talked with you this long. If you like him though you should send a message to him saying so, this way there is no confusion. As a dude I can tell you if there seems to be any sort of flirting behavior at all, he likes you. So I think you should definately let him know.
he sounds really young to me. some guys tend to act like jerks to hide their true feelings. Which could be really confusing coz. guys who don't like us act like jerks too. sigh. I suggest you leave him alone for awhile. Wait for him to contact you, email you, call you. etc. If he really likes you, and doesn't hear from you for a couple of days, hez gona worry, and start trying to get a hold of you. don't answer right away, and don't reply right away. be ur normal self, but act like you have other things going on too. It will keep him wondering what you are so busy with, and make him fight harder for your attention. But that is only if he really likes you. Regardless if he is the shy type who hides his feelings. guys will do whatever they have to for someone they truly like. On the other hand, if he doesn't make any initiative at all. doesn't call you or nothing. then. he is not interested. or not THAT interested. and you are still young to settle for boys like that. when he IMs you, wait a couple of mins before you respond. and keep ur info short. don't tell him too much of yourself. I know this is hard to do to someone you really like. but if you really want to know if the guy likes you or not. I think this is the best way.
maybe he wasn't paying much attention or he was talking to someone else when he was like that's awesome many times that happens when I'm texting people. Talk to him and ask him what's up. He probably does like you from what you've said but maybe he feels as if you don't like him let him know you do
