Okay, so I was introduced to a new male co-worker that has been working on the floor above mine. It so happens that we ended up at the same conference last week and we spent a great night just relaxing, having drinks, talking, flirting, and play fighting with each other. We hung out together for the next 3 days at the conference and then when we got back he started to act weird. He'll only talk to me if I go up to see him in his office, email him, or call him on the phone. He will come down to talk to my other co-workers, but won't stop by to say "hi". What gives? We were flirting like crazy when we were alone, but now that we are at work I feel like I am a leper. Is this how guys act when they like you or am I toast?

two words.sexual harassment. it's not easy to keep it classy at work. Sometimes, we just want the new secretary to hold both hands on the water cooler, bend over and take some hard dictation. Sad to say, but due to the fact that a few white collar rapists get out of control, several sexual harassment policies are now in place in every job out there. I think they are great. I like nothing more than to show up to work every day and feel like a total sexual predator because I tell a female co worker that her new hairstyle she got over the weekend is really nice. NO NO NO. Men risk being pepper sprayed, fired, and neutered in the elevator by security on the way out.welcome to the new wonderful world in which we live.thanks to all the jerks who could not keep things respectful and professional. - j

There might be some weirdness of liking someone in the office at play. Or maybe he thought he'd behaved foolishly and is embarrassed.
