He sounds either a) confused about what he wants. He wants to be with his girlfriend, but he wants to be with you. Not realizing he can't have both, he's bringing you along for the ride
b) He's toying with you, thinking, I have a girlfriend but this girl makes me feel good too. Its not love, its infatuation. All in all, I think it best if you avoid the situation, but again, it is your life and your choices. Good Luck :)
