there is this guy in one of my classes at school and he is always sitting at his desk when I walk in and I have to walk right past him and everyday he looks me up and down then looks at the board or something and occasionally during class hell look back and smile at me and it seems like he says something to his friend but he always leaves the room as soon as the bell rings and I never get a chance to really talk to him (we have talked a little before though) does it seem like he's interested? (if it does how do you think I could talk to him?)
If he is going out of his way to turn around and make eye contact with you, then he probably likes you. You should try smiling and giving him a little wave. Try to catch him before class and ask him about homework or a test or something like that to get you started. If you want to go anywhere with this, you're going to have to make the first move it seems. Good luck!
Im guessing he is shy. Try and go near him when your about to leave. If he tries to avoid you that probably means that he is scared to show his feelings about you. If he starts talking to you he is obviously interested.
If he is not talking to you talk to him. Just try and make him comfortable by making some small talk before you leave. If you like him give him a hint. Say hi to him when ever you see him in the hallway and start talking to him when you get the chance. If you show your interested, there is a likely chance that he is going to get interested.
he could definitely be interested. but there's no real way of knowing. your should definitely talk to him more, seems like a shy indie rock boy who is dumbfounded by your presence

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I think I use situations to start conversations...
If I'm approaching a female, I'd start by introducing myself, and following up with a compliment of why I had to introduce my self.
How do they typically respond?
If she is interested, she would ask questions, or make small talk while giving off some type of body language.
If she is not interested, she listens to whatever I say, and tells me something like she really into someone right now, but she appreciates the approach.
