I would just make him guess if you were serious or not, he will probly be too afraid to make a wrong move so he won't go for it yet. I wouldn't bring it up when your talking to him, if he mentions it, try to keep him guessing and the chase can become even funner :P

If he was joking around, he probably assumes you were too. Or he's not sure, but if he really likes you, he won't want to insult you, so will just wonder. It's always good to keep a guy wondering a bit about you - keeps the interest level up.

OTOH, if he comes right out and says, "So when are we gonna have sex?" next time you see him, run the other way, lol!

I really don't think you should worry.

No the chase is not over. All you said was yes. You could have been joking he doesn't know. And, he hasn't gotten you yet. And if he's a good guy, it's not like, ok I had sex with her I'm done hahaha. If he does do that though, then you will have jumped a bullet. I wouldn't worry about it though. At least he likes you back obviously if he's joking about sex! K good luck. And don't have sex with him! Not for a long time! There's a difference between saying you want to and actually giving it up.

I say be honest. Say something like, yes I would like to have sex in the future but right now I wanna see were we're headed, or something in that nature. Depending on how he reacts, it would be up to you. He could joke(which really is him being totally serious seeing if you'll go for it) that you're headed towards the bedroom, or he could say if he's looking for a relationship type thing or not, but either way the choice would be up to YOU. Could you just be with him for sex, or is that not something you would feel comfortable doing? And the chase doesn't have to be over, it just depends.
