I never ran into my crush over the summer, because I lived to far . But anything is possible , guaranteed if you hang out with friends and they bring there friends. Somebody have to know something, to get you guys talking to one another.

why can't you see him get his number if you don't have it call him and ask him to hang out during the summer it won't hurt you.

Well if you want to see your crush why don't you arrange a 'get together' for friends.
There are possibilities that you'll see him now and then, but if you don't want to wait that long call him or have a friend call him to tell him about an upcoming party, movie night, beach day, or just to hang out.
