he being trying to be close to me since a year and months now but I always look mean and never smile. He also have pretty eyes, really tall, big strong voice, confident, stare at me a lot, match my eyes always, try to impress me I remember long time ago with his exercise, talk loud when I'm around or try to be around me to match my eyes. The other day he was talking to that girls and only he tried to match my eyes and stare at me when I was close. When that guy came and shake my hand to say hi, he suddenly appears and for the first time and said Hi to me and start flirting and stare at me. For the first time I have being flirting a bit with him but more like: I can't watch you, you make me shy. Before I couldn't look at him in the eyes but now yes. Something hold you, you mean you had stuff to do or your emotion hold you back? if your emotion hold you back it could means you started to have feelings for him.
He might be thinking that you don't really like him or that you are rejecting him. He may not be so sure of how you feel about him. I would say, try to let him know that you like him so he will not lose hope and give up.
