"Not a good idea" is not the same as saying no. It's a way of reminding you in advance of the risks and making sure you are both willing to take the chance - or pay the penalties (because, trust me, these things are veeeery hard to keep secret). Or he could just be torn between desire and doing the sensible thing.

He's afraid of getting caught, he wants to for sure, but probably cannot believe that this opportunity has come his way, it's like a dream come true, I would think for any married man, sex with no strings, no relationship, no commitment. He's just afraid, and when you acted like it was no big deal, that just made him want it more. He's just afraid bottom line, afraid you could want more, afraid you might tell, afraid someone might see, who knows, he's just afraid, either that or he wants the attention, but might not go through with it (sex). first off. get a divorce. If you don't love your husband then leave him. have a new life. Why sneak around? if you don't want to be with your husband anymore divorce him and you will be free to do WHATEVER you want to. in the end if you cheat and your husband finds out. he will want a divorce and take EVERYTHING you have in court and win it all. so. divorce now play later.

He may be very attracted to you, but unfortunately affairs are dodgy. and will always be considered as such. Additionally, being your son's coach, the risk of having his dodgy deed exploited all over the school and his career potentially destroyed is high.

Its your choice. However, if you are set on having an affair, perhaps you should consider divorce? Maintenance is shocking when infidelity has been committed.

Wow. I am not going to judge you for this but I am going to say this. When I was 7, my dad cheated on my mom with one of her friends and it made me lose respect and trust for my dad for a long time and it caused me to have trust issues with guys in my relationships today because of it. If you aren't going to stop out of respect for your husband than don't do it for your son. If you don't want to be with your husband then get a divorce but no one deserves to be cheated on, and I mean no one so please do it for your son.
