Hmm. Sometimes someone telling you that they're horny could be flirting. If you've been texting a lot then he obviously thinks you're pretty rad. Like, you wouldn't text someone, or give them your number in the first place, if you didn't think they were cool, right? So I would say he definitely likes you as a person and possibly more.
