tell him some guys are unsure even with hints we can be very blind.or in my case shy so put it right out there on the table but don't make him feel forced into a decision just casually mention it and see where he takes it
I would start flirting with him subtlety and see if he starts to flirt back. If he brushes you off, chances are he has no interest and you shouldn't push any further. However, if he flirts back, kick it up a notch; take the flirting to the next level. Once you're pretty sure that he is interested, tell him about your feelings. Guys seem to be into directness. Oftentimes they don't take hints so well, so being straight forward about your feelings may be your best bet. Also, even if he can take hints well, some girls like to flirt and tease - just because they can - and then leave the guy hanging. Let him know your intentions.
