Okay, so. the last time I worked with the guy I like (who also flirts shamelessly with me), he randomly asked me how much longer I have to wear my braces for. So I told him about 6 months, maybe less. depending. It struck me as an odd question, cause I've never really had a guy ask me that so randomly. A girl I worked with asked me the same question, but she told me she was interested in being an ortho, so that's a bit less weird. And my friends who are girls have asked me the same thing, but we're girls, haha. We had a short conversation of why I had my braces and stuff, too.
I told my mom what he said and she was like, "He's thinking about kissing you". I hadn't really thought about it like that until she mentioned it. Keep in mind, the dude has yet to make a move on me, such as even ask me to hang out! But I don't think he could tell til recently that I liked him, cause I commented on a picture on Facebook and told him he's way cute, haha. Then one of my friends was like, I think I agree with your mom. Now that I think about it, I'm like, why would he ask that? Cause it was so random. So I can only think of one logical answer, which is what my mom and my friend said.
i think he was just making conversation he might not make a move because he is shy or afraid you will say no if he asks you out, if you really like him you can ask him out I wouldn't mind it if a girl asked me out.

Theres the possibility that yes, he's thinking about kissing you but I think it's more along the lines he was just asking just to make more conversation. I had braces when I was younger and well, once you have them for a while, people to tend to ask a lot when they're coming off. I've also asked people. I don't think him asking you is odd or anything. Just conversation.
Personally I think he was just making conversation, I've seen lots of people ask each other that who weren't even interested in each other. Of course he could definitely still like you, especially if he's flirting that much with you. Maybe he's sorta shy about asking you out, see if you can find out how he's acted around girls he used to like.
well I don't know if I agree with every one else completely. seeing the other question that I answered bout how he flirts I think that there is a good chance that he did say that because he wanted to kiss me. every time a guy asked me that question it turned out he liked me. there's a chance it was just a conversation starter but I would still go with your gut and what your friend and mom said.
I think he was just curious, it's something me and all my friends would ask people that we chat to a lot, just out of noseyness. That's not to say he DOESN'T want to kiss you but I don't think he was thinking about it when he asked, isn't it kinda rude if he was and then he's basically saying o I will kiss you when you get those braces off.
i wouldn't be surprised if the thought crossed his mind that he wanted to kiss you considering the flirting etc. but I think also it would of just been an attempt at conversation. If he wants to kiss you, I don't think having your braces on or off will affect if he would or wouldn't do it.
Well, it could be that he is trying to make conversation. though, unless you find out that he secretly likes you and is too afraid (like, get some friends to get it out of him or something, or one of his guys friends. or even ask to hang with him your self!), he could be interested in kissing you. From what I've been told, kissing people with braces can be rough on a person who isn't wearing any. so, if you like him, then get to know him and maybe he likes you too :) hope this helped!
Actually no that's not true I have braces and kissed lots of girls with then and even asked then after if it was any different than kissing a guy without then and they said no and one even said I didn't even realize you had braces. - 3 months ago
