why is it ok 4 a girl to call another girl pretty or hot , but it seems gay 4 a straight guy 2 call another guy good lookin' or nice lookin' or whatever the hell. why is this so weird ? opinions on both :)
I guess because girls are more known to be expressive and emotional, so they can give there opinion of others girls without it being seen as wierd. I really don't know though :P.
I have no idea why for sure. I would think maybe it has to do with the fact that in general men tend to be a lot more homophobic than women. I have a whole theory on why that is, too.
EVERY female I have every asked has said she was (on some level) scared of losing her virginity. Having a person stick something into such a delicate part of your body is pretty intrusive if you think about it. This is why rape is SUCH a violation and why sex can be such an intimate act for us. Guys seem to get nervous about losing their virginity, but it's more about performance than the actual act.
Now as a female non-virgin, there is not a whole lot that another female can do to me that a man has not already done. There may be certain specific acts that I have not done, but in general I have nothing to fear from a lesbian. Whereas most male non-virgins have not had any orifices violated as of yet, so they have a lot more to fear from a gay man.
I don't know; I don't see anything wrong with it myself (not that anybody thinks I'm good looking anyway) The way I see it, a compliment is a compliment, and I take any I can get!
