Get him to ask me out?

If they all think he likes you then maybe he is too scared to ask you out. I think that you should just ask him out yourself. He probably likes you (you said everyone thinks so) so just take a chance because he might be too shy and never tell you his feelings unless you ask him out.
I don't want to preach anything but this is something I have heard that I find very true. "God helps those who help themselves." You want him to ask you out, but maybe you could help your cause by just taking the initiative and asking him out.

If you want to ask him out, you need to do it yourself, in person.
DO NOT EVER ask someone else to ask him out for you

Don't worry, especially if he likes you and you know it, go for it!
The only thing that could stop you is a fear of rejection, but that won't happen if he really likes you.
