Well the best thing is to go and say to her " hi my name is ___. I Have to go to meet some friends(or where ever), but id like to be able to talk to you sometime. Do you have email. if she says yes take out a pen and paper and hand it to her to write it(dont ask if she can give it to you, she's not your mother lol) and while she's writing it say "write your number to" if she says she doesn't have internet say "well do you have electrecity?" she'll ask for her number and email and if she says she can't for whatever bulls**t reason just look her in the eye and say in a cool calm way "just write it down, don't worry I'm only gonna call you at least 10 times a day I swear."
