Basically I tried to look for clues first to see if I should even tell him that I like him and he'd remember stuff and ask about things I wouldn't think he'd remember or care about it. Wanted me to let him know when I leave my job and said a few times "still stuck here, huh?" when I said I wasn't leaving (hes also my coworker). On his way out I go "i don't want to create an awkward situation or have you not talk to me anymore but I like you" What I didn't expect was for him to say "Okay. Don't worry there won't be any awkward situation.Have a good weekend." And he said it with a total normal voice like I never told him.I didn't really get a good look at his facial reaction because I was too shy to look at him but what was that?! I take it he doesn't like me back then, eh?
Update: yea I was way off in looking at the signs.really taught me a few lessons of what not to do ever again.i got my answer finally but won't be going into detail.thanks for your responses

At face value, it sounds like he doesn't like you but on the other hand it conveys neutrality. He didn't really say he doesn't like you but neither did it say that he liked you. A shy guy or inexperienced guy dealing with a woman could just about come up with that specially if it's the first time he ever heard a girl make the first move.
On the other hand, I can see myself saying that just to make you think more of me during the weekend, hell it does work well it seems. Here you are asking questions about him on the net :).
Play the wait and see game. Wait for him to make his next move.
Heh yea it really bugged me because I asked a good number of friends who were like 'huh?' but yea a lot of what you said might be the case given the details I didn't share in my question and waiting to see is really all I can do at this point : / - 6 months ago

O this is so good. So I think he's diggin you and the reason...he left it open! Do you find yourself typing in the query string on the net "how to know if he likes you" or "have you called a friend that you trust and asked their opinion about the situation".
