I don't know if he likes me or is just playing around.Like he will flirt with me every SINGLE day.I work with him at McDonald's.Every now and then when I'm walking past him he will nudge me in the arm, and he will come up to me and talk to me or just mess with me.Throw little pieces of paper little pieces of pickle/chicken nugget.One time he even touched my chin.I asked my friend about it and she was like NOOOOOOOO he doesn't do that to me.Well yesterday he was flirting with me too, poking me in my sides etc.Then when he was with his friends (making burgers) they were talking about another worker that pulled up in drive thru.And he had said that he was ugly just like ________ and he said my name.

This is a hard one to answer, on one hand it seems as if there is something there, but on the other he says things that would make you think that he doesn't. Chances are he might have just been showing off for the person he was around or he isn't interested. You have to be careful because some guys are big flirts.
