Would a guy continually stare at a girl if he didn't like her?

I pretty much believe he likes you. And in your age group, it's normal for a guy to stare and stare as he tries to work up the courage to come over to you. Considering how most guys in their teens are afraid of approaching a girl specially the less experienced one's this seems normal.

He likes you, next time you catch him staring, smile back and please come back here and let us know how he responds.

No way! I think that he is interested. Guys do this a lot without realizing it (at least I do), so yeah.

I would agree with the other two posts, there is something there with this guy. It sounds like he needs some help because he seems shy. If you like this guy or might be interested, make the first move be seeing if we wants to hang out sometime.

Guys stare at girls they like. If you were ugly, you would never find his eyes on you.

You know when you catch yourself staring a really ugly person because they're so ugly but you just can't stop staring? lol. totally joking! He probably likes you if he can't stop staring at you.
