Okay, so here's the deal. There is this new guy at work and he's really nice. He's already asked me to go to lunch with him (we have), and he stares at me a lot. Also, when a few of us were talking about people in magazines this is what happened. This girl had a gap in her teeth and he said it looked bad, when I pointed out that I had somewhat of a gap he said mine was fine ( btw, it's not too big, fairly small actually). Then the next day girls with dyed hair got brought up and he said natural was best but that mine looked natural and good on me when I pointed out mine was dyed (or something like that). The main thing I'm wondering is whether he likes me or not, see he's pretty good looking and I've never had much dating luck, I'm always the friend. I'm not used to good looking guys liking me so I'm not sure he does. I'm told I'm pretty but I'm kinda on the heavy side lately. Is there a chance he likes me?
Well he is complimenting you, so that's a start. You need to start notice more subtle clues too. See if he asks you out for lunch/dinner again, & if you're brave, ask him out for something too! When you do, look at his immediate reaction e.g. his eyes, body language, stuttering. You never know ! See how that goes & report back! :)
I think he thinks you're pretty and is interested in getting to know you since he is new. I mean I could tell he's cares about looks, but you are on his + side of it.
Guys don't care how you look as long as you pull it off.
I wear a lot of mascara, and this guy that liked me said he hated girls that wore mascara, and when I told him I wore mascara and fake eyelashes he said "he couldn't even tell, cause it looked real", c'mon I wear eyeliner too,. how real could it get!
there might be a slight chance that he likes you because guys are not really good at expressing their feelings and as a result girls get the wrong signals sometimes. I think that if you wanna know how he feels about you, you should ask him out sometime for a movie or maybe lunch? hm. but from my point of view, he seems pretty friendly to me so I don't think he likes you but he might be ur very best friend so make the right decision. besides you are young and should concentrate on ur studies rather than guys.i sound like ur mom huh?
