I need some serious advice! Just to give you an idea on age.I'm 28 and this guy is around 32-34. This new guy (very cute) just started at my work about a week ago. I was out on Thursday night with some girlfriends and I ran into this guy. He was definitely buzzed! I talked to him for about a 1/2 hr and in that 1/2 hr we were definitely very flirty and touchy feely (nothing obscene but he was grabbing my butt). I think we kissed but really not sure (can't remember) but then I left with my friends. Anyways, I saw him at work today and he just smiled and walked by. Should I go up to him and apologize to him about my behavior or just let it be?
Let it go, its a sign of respect that he is keeping his distance in the workplace and not jeopardizing his.or yours.jobs. if you are still interested in him, take a post-it, ask him out, and go up to him and shake his hand and slip it to him. DO NOT LEAVE the post it not for him on his desk! that tacky and risky. by putting it in his hand yo are sending 2 clear messages, 1) you respect a certain professional behavior in the workplace, 2) your still interested in him, and by hand-delivering it, he won't have thoughts that its some workplace prank but you are for real!.
on the other hand, if your not interested.drop it. let it go.

Why would you apologize you both obviously enjoyed it. And it takes 2 it's not like you forced him to kiss you. And you're not sorry you did it! If you want it to happen again email him or talk to him and suss out his vibe whether he wants to see you again or whether it was just a fun flirty night that was in it.
