if someone honks at you from a car

when I honk from a car it usually means get the heck out of my way or I'll run you over

well my dad has done it while I was in the car quite a lot, and well.

he most often does it because the girl looks pretty fine, or if they have a distinct characteristic (such as their breasts lol).

so id say he either

A) thinks you look really hot,

B)wants to do it to make you mad

C)craves attention

at least in my opinion

There's really nothing there if a guy honked at you. I don't know what the difference is between "your hot" or "you have a nice body" but do you really want to get involved with a guy who's first action towards you was to honk at you comfortably from his car. That's more of a way to pick up a hooker than a girl you like.

That's a hard one. Well, I would have to be there to know what was really going through that dudes head.but my guess is this.

Since he doesn't know you on any personal level, he went on with what he had.that is, the visual scene. So, I mean if you looked good at the time--that is, if you were at least a little bit secure with your appearance--he honked at your appearance.

There's not much there to go with, so I don't know what you consider "pervy," but I wouldn't look into it anymore than a guy appreciating the way you looked.
