At the risk of sounding like a suck up to tell a girl what she wants to hear, I'll give my honest opinion. I like a girl who looks good. It's essential that she takes care of herself. But as long as she's trying, she will look good, even if she's not "perfect" like a magazine cover.

If you care about yourself inside and out, you'll look good and feel good. Beauty comes in the parts of you that you control, not in the uncontrollable.
