Well there is this guy at my job. He found out that I liked him through word of mouth. I heard when he found out he was excited. But I seen him all day today and he didn't say anything but "hey". It seemed like he made it his business to walk pass me or come to my department. Does he want me to approach him first, or should I just wait until he comes to me.

And if I need to approach him what do I say?

you better talk to him.before he backs off.yeah YOU need to approach him first.cause then he will know that you are still interested in him.just walk up to him say hi.introduce yourself.or not.ask him out.
