Saw this girl at a retail shop, she was really gorgeous, we kind of made eyes at each other but I was really careful in doing that because I was with my girlfriend at the time so I didn't talk to her. That was 4 months ago and now I'm single how would you ask out a girl who is working, do you girls even like that?
Go up to her and start a conversation. You can start by asking her a question on something at the store. If she is interested, she will smile alot, or be friendly. Then you can continue talking to her. And if things go well, ask her if she'll be working the next day. If so, then visit her again. Make a couple of visits, and chit chats before you ask "what are you doing after work?"
Yeah, speaking as a girl that works in retail and gets hit on a lot don't just walk up, make small talk, and try to get her number. That's CREEPY. Make a couple of random visits. Not like everyday, cause that's kinda stalkerish, but just like once in a while. If the convos go good and she's happy to see you (not trying to avoid you) then ask her if you can take her to lunch or something. Then go from there. Its fine. as long as you don't make it too weird, just go her and say something casual like hey, are you doing anything after you get off? I was thinking maybe I could buy you dinner or something .its cool and doesn't sound too needy. it makes you sound like a nice guy.
