I met this girl a few weeks back at a party. I didn't like her at first but as I got to know her better, I really started to like her as a person. Still, I found her unattractive physically and I believe that in a relationship, in order for it to work, both a physical and character attraction must be present. Fast forward a few weeks and I am near mesmerized by her. I'm not going to lie, its pathetic. However, at first I thought that she liked me but recently she has been calling me her baby and telling me she loves me. I might just be pessimistic but I think she thinks of me as more of a friend than anything else. I asked her if she liked me and she responded in which way. Sufficient to say, I got nervous and I am still at the point I was before. What a waste of time. Seriously, from a girl's point of view, do you think she thinks of me as a friend or potentially more? What should I do?
if she's already saying "I love you" or calling you "baby". doesn't that say something? it takes a long time to actually love someone, and for someone that you've only met a "few weeks back", I think it is self explanatory. you should get to know her a bit longer. you can't say that you love this girl after only knowing her for a couple weeks. take things SLOWLY. you don't know what you're getting yourself into, until you really get to know this girl. good luck ! =D
You'd have to tell us what exactly she said when you asked her if she liked you. You also haven't really described how you and her usually interact, so it's pretty hard to tell if she likes you. All we know about her right now is that she calls you baby and says she loves you. That just isn't enough information.
