Should I tell her how I feel?

Yea this situation sucks, you should sit down with your friend one day and tell her that you love her as a friend and that you never want anything with you and her to be awkward and you don't want your friendship with her to be ruined by anything and when she says it won't and stuff then you should go into telling her that you think you like her more than a friend and just see what she says. I know it's going to be hard to, but girls are good at hiding how they feel and who knows if you tell her she might even say that she likes you more than a friend too and that she was afraid of ruining the friendship. Just be honest with her about it and just make it clear that you don't want your friendship with her to be ruined in any way. Good luck.

ask her if she see's you as more than a friend, maybe. or just start giving her extra hugs and stuff and see how she responds to it. a sly kiss on the cheek, perhaps. then see how her body langusge reponds. and that will be a little easier that saying it. and you can always make up another excuse for doing those things.

and check to see if she's eyeing any other dudes too

Go for it. You don't want to live a life of regret. It is totally cheesy but the song Say by John Mayer is good to listen to when you want courage to say something you need to say.

As I tell everyone who asks this question - tell 'em. Don't even THINK about using the word "love" though. Don't go overboard, you certainly don't want to make things too awkward if she's only interested in friendship.
