Does it take time for a girl to like a guy?

for me its alway an instant thing to be honest and then after time goes by it becomes stronger but I never grow to like guys I either like them straight away and like them more and more as time goes on or don't like them at all

It does take me a bit of time to develop feelings for a guy. Physical attraction can be instant but emotionally I don't tend to feel much until I actually get to know the guy. At present I've known the guy that I like for about 4 years but have only liked him for 1, because I've only gotten to know him better in the last year.

I think you kinda already answered your question. You yourself are attracted to her, as she herself could easily be attracted to you. Some girls are just more shy then others, which makes it seem like she's intimidated by you. In my opinion you shouldn't pull back, because she herself will pull back. You have already given her the impression that you are very friendly and outgoing, if you shut this down for her, she will doubt herself.

I can't speak for every girl, but personally it does take me some time. I will be attracted to a guy in a minute, but it takes time to start really liking him.

I would say, just relax and leave yourself open to more relationships and yes.IT TAKES TIME. You have to allow the girl to recognize and acknowledge those feelings on her own. The more you get pushy and flirty, the more you might be crossing her boundaries and bubble so that ultimatley pushes you away. Just be the friend until you recieve the reciprocal of love back.
