I'm confused, might just be getting mixed signals but she shows the classic signs that she is interested.
We joke around with each other, she laughs at the little things that I say that I dnt mean to be funny at all and repeats them to me after I say them.
At the end of our class she bumps into me while we walk and then asked me what I like to do for fun. I told her as we walked outside she then introduced me to her friend and then we talked about their plans for the weekend. Her body language was directly facing me she focused on me when I spoke. I asked her what her plans were this weekend and she said she had nothing planned. After she said that she made a comment about how I never call her, I returned with I don't have her phone number. she then gave me her phone number and I gave her mine. Now I fig after noticing all these signs that she might be into me.
So the next day I texted her saying since she had no plans this weekend we should hang out get a bite to eat sometime this week when she is free. She said Aw ya for sure, so I responded saying just let me know what day is good. She said alright sounds like a plan. Now the way I look at it is if I texted you or made the offer the ball is now in ur court to let me know what day ur good or to call me back.
Idk if I should have texted her again in the weekend or not someone let me know something ha. Cause I'm confused on whether she is interested or not
This is why I hate texting. You can't hear the persons tone of voice and you don't know what way to take the things they are saying to you. It sounds like this girl is into you and I think you should call her. I mean actually call her so you can hear each others voice. This way you can hear her tone and know how she is feeling. If you don't know what to call her about just call her when you have some free time and tell her you are on your way out to get a coffee and want to know if she has some time to join you. This way you can get together right then or move on to making plans for later. Don't give up and quit with that texting bull.
i agree with hapa18.in this scenario id probably still hope the guy would set the date, otherwise id feel a little awkward. But then again you did tell her to give you a day which is an obvious ball in her court. I think just wait till the next wkend or whenever and suggest a date.
Eh ha now I wish I would have set a date, but I guess I wanted to leave it up to her. But I don't know y would you feel a little awkward so I can maybe understand how she might have felt? - 3 months ago

Oh well I'm a little shy, so even if the guy left it up to me, Id be thinking things like 'was he just being nice and polite'?, was he really interested? And because I'd be worrying about these things I would probably think, 'if he really wants to do something, he'll msg me' and just wait, to save myself from having to worry about you writing back or not and feeling rejected or making it awkward and embarrassing next time she sees you etc. - 3 months ago

Next time, when you ask her if she's free over the weekend or whenever, text a specific day and time. Some girls still feel it's the guy's job to set the date. but ya. If she doesn't respond or flakes out, she may not be interested. but from what you say, it sounds like she's interested. Hope that helps.
