I'll make a long story short. There was a man who I work with that showed me a lot of attention. He would keep track of music that I liked then burn me CD's, boasted around me all the time, them here: he burns me DVDs, he offered to fix the brakes on my car, he spots me from long distances and then comments on the fact that he saw me but I didn't see him, he spends hours talking to me, he would get slightly jealous when another man talked to me, he nearly demanded that I play on a softball team with him, we had dinner together and he paid. I really could go on and on.
We were going to go out on a "real" date. He never showed up. I even called him and left a message wondering if something had happened. He never returned the call.
I am of course angry and confused. The only response I have is to ignore him while we are at work. My question is two-fold 1. What the hell was he thinking to pay so much attention to me, then to pull that crap 2. I don't want him, but I do want to play some serious head games with him. Pardon my language but how can I get back at him so he just smells the sex he is never going to get?
uhhg, just drop whatever head mind f***ing game you're conjuring up and just move on with it.
Wait until he tells you why he gave you a no call // no show. Who knows, maybe he had a trajedy?
If he's just a prick or stood you up? He'll get his but as soon as you start this employee war over this, it'll get ugly and really, not worth it. I'd reather spend energy into doing something positive rather then give this asswhipe attention.
You brushing it off and doing postive things to improve your life rather then letting his action effect you will not only make you happier but him worser off.
Sound like he enjoyed the chase to be honest. All you gotta do is play him at his own game. Never give him a hint that he has got you which he already thinks he has which is why he is distant. You gotta get him back to square one. Don't let him see your angry and confused joke about the fact he never turned up make him think you had a better time cause he never, like you bumped into someone. you got to totally play it cool but don't work at it too much. If he asks you again to go out simply make somethin up that your busy don't agree then stand him up as he will no ur playin then. Never go talk to him make him come talk to you. If you just keep in mind that you want him to drool without you doin to much by playin it calm and cool.
