u see I have known this guy for a whole school year now I have met his mom and dad and little bro and I wish that he would ask me out and l8ly he has been talking to me a lot more oftan and looking at me but wenever I try to ask him he says no and that he doesn't like me now I think this is a lie because he makes fun of other people and not me however he sometimes laughs wen I get made fun of but only if I do other wish he just looks at his friends like wtf guys but never says anything and he is funny and cute and I can't help but look at him and every time I catch him looking he blushes but holds eye contact for a couple of seconds do you think he likes me

He might but it sounds like your only stating the good points. Maybe you should get closer to him and find out what girls he's liked in the past. If they have something in common all round and you have it too then he probably likes you
