When I was at your age range, I had no idea how to make a move on a girl and I had no idea what clues to see to make sure I made the right move. It sounds like this guy is in the same boat I used to be.

In this case, you might want to make a move, and if you think you can't do that, then maybe you can ask on the site what moves you can make.

From personal experience when I was inexperienced I had girls that would flat out tell me, 'hey, are you gay?' And I would say no, why do you ask, and they would say, cause you don't make any moves on me.

Or I had girls that when I hug out with them, would wear sexy outfits and they would bend over, and expose a body part and they would say something like, what do you think of my thighs, and literally would be right in my face; at first I had no idea what to do and I figured, well, let me try and kiss the girl to see what happens, and voila! But I'm sure other girls can tell you better ways to make a move without flatyly saying, 'kiss me', although that's not a bad thing to do either.

If he is flirting thru text messages then I'm pretty positive that he wants to kiss you. I think he is nervous, why don't you make the first move and he'll probably follow you.

he just might be scared and might to make the first move. he might think you don't like in that way. some guys just like it when the girl make the first move.
