What are some tips to flirt with a girl I like or to show her I'm interested?

Say hey and ask her how her day was and then go from there. Get to know her and break the ice by maybe asking her to do something. If you are too shy to do this then maybe get a group together and go and talk to her then. Sit with her at lunch. Take it slow and get to know her first. But you have to talk to her! Once you know her then get her number and start doing things ALONE. It will be ok. Just talk to her, it is not that bad it's a part of life.

i was exactly the same in high school lol but you should just go up and say hi and just ask her how her day is or how her weekend was or she looks good to day or stuff like that. orginze somthing with your mates like movies or something thenask her if her and her friends would like to come. you need to get the courage to do this otherwise you might miss out. its hard when your nervous but you won't know til you try

Well why don't you try just talking to her in a friendly way first. Or find out if she likes you.
Once you've spoken to her then you can try flirting, try telling her her outfit is nice or her hair. Show her that you notice.

Okay, well first off I have graduated, but in high school I was a cheerleader who had many "Hot Friends" and lots of guy friends who I would set them up with. I also have a brother who is really shy like yourself, so I am used to giving advice about girls! If she doesn't know that you like her, just play it cool, like your just trying to be nice and treat her like you would any other girl. That way you don't come across as forward and to be honest, just plain creepy. then once you get to talking with her and more comfortable, you should mention a group activity that she should come to, like "Hey! Ryan is having a party tonight.you should totally come!" or "Are you going to the football game? maybe I will see you there." That way you get to hang out with her but there's not that pressure of it being like a "date." Then after a little bit of that you will start to get the vibe if she likes you back or not. If she does, great.take it to the next level! If you can tell she doesn't, oh well your not embarrassed because you guys are "just friends" right? Haha. First of all when I was in high school my dad would tell me that I need to talk to more girls. I always shrugged it off but he is right you NEED to talk to more girls it is a perfect time to do so. It's ok to be nervous and shy remember if she likes you she feels the SAME way. it sucks but its the truth girls in high school are immature they don't like nice guys, don't be the guy that buys girls who he is NOT dating flowers. When you are dating it is one thing but NEVER buy her flowers to get a girl to like you, it makes you seem desperate. Anyway talk to this girl see what she is interested in, if you still like her and you can kinda tell if she likes you ask her to go to steak and shake after friday's game. REMEMBER the worst she can say is no.
