There are many ways.
And none of them is the least bit skanky. (ad least not the ones I'm talking about).

You could try just gazing at him from time to time, and when he looks towards you, you just keep your eyes confidently on him, with a little smile or grin.perhaps blush a little.
The eyes are the most important weapon anyone can have in the flirting game! Trust me, if you know how to use your eyes, you can get practically anything.!
When you talk, just take a minute to scan his face, look at his lips from time to time, speak slowly, speak about things that fascinate you, that will show him you have something you love with a fiery passion, and you will sound passionate.which is always good! ;)
When you notice he keeps mirroring your movements and when he keeps his body pointed towards you, you'll know he's into you.

Be yourself! If you're funny don't be afraid to show it.funny and funky people rock! Trust me, everyone loves a person who can laugh at themselves as well as with others.

Touch yourself from time to time. It's no big deal, just adjust your hair, touch your earrings, slightly caress your collar bone, or your lips. many women do this without realizing, so it immediately sends a signal to the man's brain that they're attracted to him, and they automatically imagine their hands where your hands have been, so you're unconsciously sending him a message that he wants to touch you. xD

Ok you can say I like your pants or shirt and that will start a convo. Or are you guys gona watch the world series. What sports teams do you like. Remember taking it to the friend zone with a guy is not a bad thing. Guys make the transition from friend to boyfriend quite easily. Then however he answers say he likes watching football. Say hey want to watch the game this week john. Use his first name often. The more you use it the more he will like it and know you like him. If he like horror movies say hey john what is your favorite. And then I could rent a cupple. Guys love it when you offer to do stuff for them. Make him a cup of coffe or a hot chocolot. And tell him about yourself. Guys want to know what your like too. Tell them about yourself. Then after bonding in his comfort zone ( watching movies he likes or sports he likes) then a few weeks after hanging say I like you. Guys totaly love it when a girl says this. Smile and say it in a sweet way. I don't know why girls don't do this but if they did they would realy increase there chances of landing the guy. Now even if you don't like the sports he does or movies he does, pretend you do. By doing things he is comfortable with you create an environment wear he can easily bond with you. If you do all this you will have a major advantage over other girls so don't tell to many girls these tips. Do all these things and you can win yourself a boyfriend.
