She is always complimenting, does She Like me?

This is a hard one. Girls sometimes are naturally flirty-ish. Some girls hug everyone she meets. Does she hug everyone... or only you? You should talk to her more to got to know her. Then, if all goes well and if you like her personality, ask her out!
to ask her out, just say it. Dont email it, or make a friend do it for you. Just get her alone and ask away. Simply say if she wants to hang out with you on a date!! hope it works!

This girl could be doing both. Admiring your cooking. Or sending sings. Also we don't compliment guys on their cooking that much. Cause some really don't belong on the kitchen! If she commonly compliments or hugs people then I wouldn't think to much. But she could just be admiring your work. I do that to guys sometimes. But if she hugs you a lot and talks to you while making eye contact then that probably means she likes you.

She might just think of you as a friend. I'd advise her to ask her out non-threateningly (I'm gonna go see [movie]. Wanna come?). Then see how she reacts on the date.
