we hang out,n he's also my neighbor,n where always messing with each,like making jokes,jabbing,playing around alot,n I kno I should be brave and just ask him and all that,but I'm the type that wants him to say something first,n its so frustrating becuz he hasn't said anything,so I need help:(
Well if you want him to make a move first just flirt with him more. Find any reason to grab his hands and he'll notice that for sure so do that for awhile. Also tell him things that you wouldn't tell other people so that he knows you think he's special. Just go to romantic spots and talk and for sure he'll think about making a move. Just make sure you hint him that you like him so he won't have to try and figure out if you like him.
Men often comment that they would love it if girls approached them first, but I have found that the very opposite is true. More often than not, a guy is turned off by what he sees as desperation....
