Just casually but, like when you're talking and laughing, touch her arm and then say something.
Or if you walk past behind her, just graze your arm around her waist and then stop once you get to the other side of her, start a conversation.

Don't try too hard to make jokes, but a girl does love to laugh. And insult her sometimes, but in a joking way. Most girls find it cute.

Aww just simple things! Remember things that she says and remind her about them e.g "So how was the Motion City concert last week then?" and ALWAYS give her a smile as well!

NEVER be a complete man-whore (like being really sexual) - we don't like it - unless the girl in question actually likes that sort of thing... most decent girls don't though.

If you sit near her in class (if you go to school) then (i personally love this =]) draw or roll your pen along her arm - it isn't as crude as it may sound lol - and you can write sweet things like "I love you" - and the plus side on that one is when they look in the mirror they'll see your little message. It can still be totally casual though!

Talk to her the way you normally would, but use body language to make it clear you're flirting. Look up body language tips, I don't know much about body language for guys.

It depends on the girl and it depends on you. Everyone's a natural flirt. You have you're own skills, but you don't know it yet. Just flirt in a way that makes you feel comfortable. If you're a funny guy tease the girl. If you're a shy guy, compliments are nice as well. Just don't force them and go too far. A simple sweet compliment every now and then is nice.

Most importantly, remember to be yourself. You have many years to learn and improve the way you flirt.
