What does it mean if she doesn't call?

well girls do forget, or maybe she was a little shy to even call you.it coudl even be that she didn't type in your number right away and forgot it. I wouldn't think to muhc of it.but if she starts to ignore you it could mean not good stuff, and if so you should probably leave her or try soemthing to make her want to remember you personally and you be the one blowing her off. don't act desperate but don't completely ignore her either, because she might just want you to think about her by not calling her your wonering what she was doing that made her unable to call you.so you have a chance at all those things and I know they are kinda vauge.sorry but I hope it helps =)

Well, if she really wants you to be there trust me she will call you and let you know. If not then she just did not really want you there and pretended , so she could make you think she wanted you around. Just wait and see if she calls you. Then if she doesn't then she really did not want you around. Trust me when we want someone around we will not forget to call you and let you know where to meet up at. I know it hurts but , at least if you don't here from her, you know she was not really worth your time anyway.

she might be playing the hard to get card. OR she might be giving you the brush off, but in a nice way. I would try to be a little more assertive and make a direct move or take what might be a hint, and back off.

hmm. This is a tough one. Maybe she just got super busy with the planning of her friends birthday and forgot; Or maybe by your calling and messaging a lot you came off as needy. Another reason for it would be that maybe she is just not in to you, but didn't want to hurt your feelings. I don't know though it could be multiple reasons.

Why didn't you try to get info. when you talked to her online? It sounds like maybe she's uncomfortable about calling a guy she doesn't know, but she was nice to invite you at the time. I don't know if she was just be nice when she invited you or genuine. If she doesn't call, I'd wait a while and call her in a few days or maybe next weekend and see if she wants to hang out then. I wouldn't bug her about the bday event. You'll get a 2nd chance, but take it nice and slow. Good luck!

If she doesn't call, kick her to the curb, I mean she invited you to come and then blows you off.
(I think the friends birthday is a legit reason not to hang out, provided it is really her friends birthday lol).
