Are you assuming your ex? More details would be helpful. Try being friends with him first of all. That's where every relationship should start. Be more flirty towards him, give him compliments or say things that only a girlfriend would say to her guy.

If its an ex your talking about, make sure you think about how you guys fell apart in the first place, or else history would repeat itself.
