I don't know if its only me but every time I talk to a guy my friends says stop flirting. I think its just a regular conversation but they say its flirting. Kinda weird but how do you realize your flirting?

What about asking your friends---'what is it that I'm doing that you think is flirting'? If you are just having a normal conversation, then maybe your friends are just teasing you, or, they want to be doing the same you're doing, but somehow they can't...If you think you're having a normal conversation, then I wouldn't worry about because only you know what your flirtatious behaviors are. For example, giving a guy a quick smile and quickly turning your head....or winking at him and smiling, or while you talk, you stroke their hair....etc....
