She says its ok to like him and I kinda believe her, I mean she has a new boyfriend now so yea..and I really really really like him but I have a boyfriend that I kinda have to break up with because we never talk we never see each other and he was cheating on me on the internet and the guy I like had a girlfriend but they broke up now I don't know what to do. Should I tell him how I feel or what should I wait till I don't have a boyfriend anymore or what?
Find out what he has to say, yeah your sister might not be completely comfortable with it even if she is claiming she is but she will get over it.
Flirt with him, chat with him and show basic affection, if he is interested he will bite =)
PS: was your current boyfriend cheating on you with like a website? LOL sorry I just find it funny he was cheating on you "on the internet" but I suppose that depends on your definition of cheating. If your not happy with the current boyfriend and he's been doing stuff you don't agree with just tell him and talk to the new guy =)
I think that you should break up with your boyfriend first. Then you should tell the guy that you like how you feel about him. Either way your not with your old boyfriend that cheated on you.
