I asked the guy I like to see a movie a week ago. He said yea, but he had to ask his mom. Well for a while I thought he was gonna ask her THEn text me, but then I realized he is probably waiting for me to make plans. So I was going to try to ask him about it in person, but since semesters switched I hardly ever see him and the past two days I didn't get a chance. I am hoping to make plans for next weekend. So I am wondering should I text him this weekend and ask hm about it? (but the thing is I don't think he really ever has his phone with him, I texted him once and he got back to me 9 hours later and I texted him again to ask him a question and he never texted back).
Or should I wait until about Wednesday and see if I can ask him in person, and if not then text him?

But I am afraid I will text him, and he won't respond and I won't know if I should take that as a sign he isn't interested, or if I should ask him about it in person. But then I might seem too pushy.
so shold I text him tomorrow or wait until wednesda and try it in person?

my guess I he asked, and she said no, my suggestion would be, wait till you're in person, and ask or even better let him give an explantaion of why he hasn't contacted you since then

Question Asker Well that's not big deal since I am the one who asked him I should be making the plans - More than a year ago
Answerer What? - More than a year ago
Question Asker I mean him not contacting me isn't a big deal because I should be the one contacting him since I invited him and all. I don't expect him to text me and be like "so when are we hanging out" - More than a year ago
Answerer Oh, well still, just wait to ask him in person, its better that way - More than a year ago
