I wouldn't suggest you saying "hey honey your hairstyle rocks." There's no tricks or tips, just be yourself. Make her laugh and stick out in her mind is key. If she can wake up tomorrow and you still be floating around in her mind then you got it. Be confident and just walk up to her without caring about what will happen between now and the time you walk away. Talk about interests with a girl but don't make the whole conversation about one thing only. And most of all, treat her with respect. Act like she's the most classy girl and the only girl you would want to talk to in the room, even if she's not.
