Ok first he is into you he just flirts with others just to see if he can get you jealous so just act cool and act like it doesn't bother you because if he knows you get jealous easily he might not ask you out because when your going out and he is with another girl he thinks you will probily freak out so just keep it cool.. now you have to test him just go hang out with some guys and just do some innocent flirting and he should ask you out.. but if he doesn't then he wants you to make the first move so just pull him a side from all his friends and ask him out..and if he says no then you didn't lose anything you tried and he just doesn't like you like that..
