It definitely means "ummm" or that it's an awkward thing to talk about and she really doesn't want to get into it. Also, maybe whatever you said made her uncomfortable and she didn't know how to respond. Change the subject and talk about something else.

I love the beach, So I would love to go there and watch the sunset ( cheesy I know!!) but then go back to his or mine and listen to music, talk about it...i love conversation. I would love to do something interesting, not just a typical dinner-and-movie type thing.
