I have a question pertaining to approaching men at the gym. I am 27, in great shape, blond, been told I am "intimidating". Anyway, I am extremely shy and have a few crushes at the gym. I work out everyday and see these people everyday, but I am way too shy to approach anyone. Not to mention, I run about 5 miles everyday and get very sweaty! I fear people there think I am stuck up, but I just can't get the courage to approach anyone. Any advice from you male gym rats out there?

Talking to a guy at the gym 101.

1. Ask him about his workout or to help you with a routine.

Really approaching any guy, just ask for help and he'll be gladly to help you (not to mention he'll feel manly).

Just work up the courage to do it when he's taking a break. Honestly, the worst that could happen is the guy has a girlfriend already.

Question Asker How do you feel about seeing a girl sweaty. I mean I am hard core when it comes to running. That is what makes me uncomfortable. - 9 months ago
Answerer If you're in great shape, it's awesome. I never did understand why women got so insecure over sweat, men are the ones who have to deal with smelling 10x worse. - 9 months ago
