Take it from a female hun, we know! 1] call her/talk to her as much as you can. Me and my guy [were not going out yet, but we both like each other] talk every night, HE calls ME. I don't have to worry whether he wants to talk to me or not, so show her that you enjoy talking to her and being around her by giving her the attention she deserves 2] if your hanging out - mess around with her, if your in a big group, give her the attention, hang around by her side. Randomly tickle her or play with her hair, its cute. 3] even if your not dating, send her things that let her know she's on ur mind not to the point where its stalkerish or annoying. But maybe one random day send her a comment over myspace/facebook or an email just saying - "hey just thought I'd say hi and I hope ur day is going well. " or on her birthday, send her flowers or a card, or anything.
HINT: ALL GIRLS love those dorky, corny presents. If you two have some kind of 'inside joke' or anything along those lines then give her something that relates to that. example: me and my guy have this thing with penguins, I have no clue why. But one day we just started talking about penguins and how weird/cool they look and stupid stuff like that. And every now and then we bring that subject up. So for my birthday he sent me a big stuffed penguin with 2 of my favorite candy bars. It showed me that he really PAYED ATTENTION to what I said to him. It was cute. All girls love that cute pointless stuff
Just little things by commenting on what she is wearing or how she looks is great and when you talk to her or just pass her in the hall touching her shoulder hair anything trust me as a girl we remember these things and just like hanging around her and calling her is the biggest sign of all time!

1. ) hint that you think she's beautiful. Kinda like this (a guy that likes me recently did this) "so I was on your facebook and my little brother comes up and points at your picture saying 'what a pretty girl! ' and I said 'yeah, she is a very pretty girl, isn't she. '"
2. ) cross physical boundaries, invade her personal bubble. Touch her on the arm when you're talking to her, tickle her, pick her up, hold her hand, etc.
3. ) kiss her!. If you think that she likes you back, though.
