I'm really frustrated and it would really help if you answered this question. ok so I've liked this guy for a really long time and he knows I like him. his friends are all mean and when they are being mean to me or my friends the guy I like is always like. Just standing there, saying nothing, not even looking up. Like I can tell he doesn't want to be mean. but could it just be because he doesn't want to hurt my feelings because he knows I like him? or maybe he does like me.? if you read some of my other question, you will see what I have written about him and all the things he does around me. You can use those questions to help you answer this one. and please answer it.
Update: Can some guys answer this. I want to know from a guys point of view.

Well, is this a normally shy guy? because there is a chance he doesn't wanna hurt you and also that he might like you. But if he isn't shy he probably just doesn't wanna hurt you.
You need to win over his friends. Maybe you should flirt with one of them on the side that will stick up for you, and then when the coward you like finally sees that you're a catch, he'll be really open about wanting to be with you.
He doesn't want to hurt your feelings but he also wants to fit in with his friends. Sweetie, you need a guy who will stand up for you when these guys are being mean to you.

First date..mmm.... dinner at some place downtown. afterwards maybe go for a walk as the temperature drops in the city. Finally it would be your choice if you wanted to watch a movie or go downtown, either way its paid for!MY style, would have to be a pair of baggy jeans and a over sized polo, with a fitted cap, the date would end in either a drunk state or a relaxed vibe.
