There's this guy in my Spanish class who I met through a friend briefly, in the past. We have had the class for two weeks now, and have become very friendly. The first week we did not have a teacher so we talked with our mutual friend and played a lot of hangman. It got us talking about movies, bands, and things we like to do because those were the answers to the hangman puzzle. Then, after a few days I was told him and our friend, "I'm getting sick of hangman. We should bring in cards or something" That same day, he also mentioned he loves starbursts, which was very random.
So, the next day he passed me a note and it had cards of the heart suit written all over and he told me to rip some. We made a deck of cards and played a few different games. Then we were playing with our phones in class and he stole our friend's phone and texted me "hey" from her phone, because he didn't have my number. So, I got the text and said "Whats your number? I need it if I'm going to text you back."
He gave it to me, then he asked me to call him so he would have mine. Then, the next school day, I remembered the starburst comment and decided it was only fair that because he remembered I wanted cards, I remember that he wanted starbursts. I brought some in class and we ate a bunch and played the game where you unwrap then in your mouth etc. When he first saw them he said, "Aww! You remembered!". I really like him now that I've got to know him. I don't really know what to do next though, because I do not want to look desperate. I was thinking of going to one of his hockey games soon with a few friends but I don't know if he'd be like "why is she here? " or think I'm trying too hard because I did bring in his favorite candy, and asked him for his number. I would really like to have a boyfriend. And having one on Valentine's Day would not result in any complaints! Also, considering its me and the guy's half birthday makes it even cuter. However, I do not feel like I have to have one for the day or anything like that. And on Valentine's Day I always make sugar cookies for all my friends, so I'll make some for him, too. Basically, that is my situation and I would love some suggestions! Thank you!
