This guy is a good family friend and he works across this aisle way from me. I always look for him through the window. He goes way out of his way to come into the window and talk to someone or do some busy work to wave to me. I don’t want to seem desperate like I am watching him but so I try not to stare. We eventually catch eye contact and smile and wave. The he walks away right after that like “mission accomplished”. Do you think he likes me? He did tell me that he missed me over the 5 months that we did not see each other. I also showed him a picture on my phone of some baby birds and he said “aww that’s really cute!” I know people say age does not matter but it’s the whole college/high school thing that is holding me back.
Update: I have a major problem! I found his myspace and it says he is like in love with this girl! What do I do to that!? I thought that he really liked me!? I don't know what to do now!? I definitely can not ask him out know... right?

I didn't quite get everything, but seems lik he is flirting with you, and don't worry about being desperate, girls may not like it, but most guys usually lik the attention, keep staring at him and maybe invite him to hangout or get some coffee... Good Luck! XD
I'm not entirely sure I understand part of your explanation, specifically what you mean by "across this aisle way", and what windows have to do with anything. It does sound like he's probably flirting with you, though. And you shouldn't worry about looking desperate. Looking at a guy a lot is one of the best ways to show that you like him.
