I met this guy like 3 months ago, and I saw him again 3 weeks ago, and then this weekend. (based on what I think he seems like a good guy). So, basically I just wanna hang out and get to know him. So the last time I saw him, my friend told me to go and talk to him (i wanted to but then I didn't because this girl I know is talking to him and she told me this and she said that she's interested in him but its one-sided right now). Okay, so I go up to this guy and started talking to him and asking questions and we went to dance. So he tells me he's been single since august because he got played on by his ex-girl and (so when I saw him the second time 3 weeks ago he says he wants to hang out with me. But I haven't called him since then because I was so sick and busy with school stuff). And then I told him I haven't called you and he's like ya I know. I said that I still wanted to hang out with him, he's like well call me and you'll know if I'm still up for it because he says that I've waited too long to call him (im thinking. Huh? ) and there was a long pause and then he says I'm just kidding. At the end of the night. I go to say bye to him and I ask him if he had a good night, he says he's really tired he didn't have much fun because he doesn't know many people there except the friends he came with. I said you know me, so?. He just makes the cutest smile!
I'm so confused. Because I want to talk to him and get to know him, but my friends tell me not too! (o ya, remember that girl that I said that's talking to him, well she is easy to get type of girls) I guess I can say that I'm playing kinda hard to get just because I want to know if he is interested in me too but he is def. Playing hard to get!
So, do you think there is a potential that he's interested in me, so that's why he is playing hard to get? (my friend said that's in his nature. Because he likes to act like that) So should I talk to him because I wanna talk to him or should I not talk to him because of other things and what my friends think I should do?
I don't think you should ever let someone else decide things for you whether it be friends or family! If you like this guy then call him back and set a date for the two of you to go out! It sounds from your question that he is interested. Just have fun with it and who cares what anyone says, do what you feel is right! Good luck!
